At Epic Interventions LLC, Heather Blodgett LCSW provides TeleHealth services for which you can connect with her for real-time and face-to-face discussion through an encrypted video platform. She will send a link to your mobile device or desktop for these treatment sessions regarding substance abuse. When you access the video, complete privacy is guaranteed during the consultation.
Services provided through telehealth
For documentation of MedQuest, SNAP, First-to-Work, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, or other compliance, connect with Heather Blodgett LCSW for support.
If you need a licensed mental health care provider to document your MedQuest, SNAP, First-to-Work, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, or other compliance, Heather Blodgett LCSW can do that for you.
She also maintains your substance abuse treatment program in lieu of your ongoing court-ordered IOP (Intensive Outpatient) or OP (outpatient) services.
Heather Blodgett LCSW generates documents that prove your ongoing mental health/substance abuse treatment for other private or governmental entities for which you must prove compliance.
If you are involved in Child Welfare Services (CWS), also known as Child Protective Services, and must maintain ongoing outpatient mental health services, she can provide that for you as well.
If you need medical documentation that you are unable to work due to psychiatric symptoms, Heather Blodgett LCSW may provide you with a medical excuse-from-work letter.

- Fill out the online form to connect with Heather Blodgett LCSW
- Once you hear from her, she will send you an email with a request to create an encrypted, secure, and an online account with this clinic. In case, you face issues, she will be happy to help
- As soon as the online account goes steady, you need to sign all the other intake forms electronically.
- Once the intake form is filled, you just need to schedule the appointment
Cost Of Services:
HMSA PPO and HMO generally have a $10 copay.
United Healthcare, HMSA-QUEST, Aloha Care, and ‘Ohana Health care are the QUEST plans for which there is no copay.
Cash fee varies between $120/session for standard services, up to $250/hr for Forensic services (those cases where Expert Testimony is needed).
Blue Cross/Blue Shield covered patients will be billed as cash, and your insurance company will reimburse you. We will submit claims on your behalf so that you will be reimbursed.
Our approach to third-party communication
Heather Blodgett LCSW prioritizes the security and confidentiality of your medical records. For sharing any information with government agencies, third parties, employers, or anyone else, she will need an explicit written content from your end. The consent can be provided through an electronic form in the online health record, allowing you to choose which information can be shared to meet your needs.
